I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of latifolia.eu ("Website"). By visiting, using and making a purchase through the Website, you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and accept them. In case you do not agree with all or part of our general terms of use, please do not use our Website.
This Website, as well as all information contained in it is owned, managed and maintained by LATIFOLIA Ltd. ("Company"), headquartered in Bulgaria, Dobrich, Gen. Access to and use of the Website, including display of pages, communication with latifolia.eu and related to the Website and social media resources, as well as purchases made by users are made entirely for personal purposes, which should in no way be tied to any and be a commercial, economic or professional activity.
The Company is not considered responsible for any use of the Website and its content by any of its users, which is not in accordance with the laws and legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event of malicious activity on your part, you may be held liable for providing false, false or misleading information or data affecting third parties, as well as for any misuse of such information or data.
These general terms and conditions may be partially or fully amended and updated by the Company, and they enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website, without explicit notification of users by the Company. The update date is listed at the bottom of this page.

Ordering products through an online store on the Website
You need to select one or more products from the online catalog and add it to the shopping cart using the "Buy" button.
Following the ordering steps, in the last step you must fill in your personal data and delivery details.
Fill in your address with the selected delivery method "to an address with Econt or Speedy" or the name of the office of Econt or Speedy with the selected delivery method "to an Econt or Speedy office".
The order is considered delivered when the Company receives your request electronically together with your data and the order information is confirmed.
The company reserves the right not to process orders when they are incomplete or inaccurate, or the products are no longer available (in stock). In these cases, the Company will inform you by e-mail that the execution of the requested order is not possible, stating its reasons for this. The company will inform you about the absence of the ordered products within ten (7) days from the day your request is received.
By sending the order request, you are obliged to pay the amount specified in it. The order request will be saved in our database for the time required for its processing and execution, as well as for the time provided by law.
By submitting the order form, you agree and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. In case you do not agree with some of them, please do not send your request to purchase products from the Website.
After you send a request for an order, you will receive a confirmation of its successful acceptance by e-mail.
Discount codes
Discount codes are personalized codes that allow you to take advantage of discounts when shopping through the e-shop on the Website. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value under any circumstances.
III. WARRANTY AND PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS
The company offers for sale luxury and high quality products. Their main characteristics are shown and described in each individual page of the respective product.
Product prices are subject to change. You need to check the final sale price before placing your order with the Company, regardless of the chosen ordering method.
IV. PAYMENTS
The payment of the value of the ordered products and the costs for their delivery and transport are made in the chosen and specified way when sending the order: direct bank payment, cash on delivery by postal money order or debit / credit card through a virtual POS terminal of Borika.
When paying by debit / credit card, all card data is sent via a secure communication channel directly to the payment operator responsible for verifying the payment, as the Company does not receive them explicitly, does not store them in the store system, nor do third parties have access to them.
V. DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS
The delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method, as follows:
- to the office of SPEEDY courier company indicated by you - BGN 3.70 - the price may vary when the conditions of SPEEDY courier company change
- to an office of ECONT courier company chosen by you - BGN 5.00 - the price may vary when the conditions of ECONT courier company change
In case of an order worth BGN 30.00 or more, the delivery is free for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Term
Orders placed and accepted by 13:00 on a business day are executed on the same day and delivered on the next business day.
(eg if you place an order on Monday (business day) until 13:00, the order will be with you on Tuesday)
Orders placed and accepted after 13:00 on a business day are executed on the next business day.
On weekdays, the usual delivery hours are between 9:00 and 17:30.
Orders placed on a non-working day are accepted and executed on the first working day following the non-working day.
Upon explicit request from you, delivery is possible on Saturday, and it will be performed by a courier between 9:00 and 13:00.
In case you are not found at the time of delivery to the specified address within the specified time or do not go to the selected office of the courier company ECONT or SPEEDY to receive your shipment on time, the Company is released from its obligation to fulfill the delivery of the order. .
VI. CANCELLATION OF ORDER. RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can exercise your right to return the purchased products without any sanctions and without the need to state a specific reason for this. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product you have the right to declare your will to return, and it is necessary to contact the Company in advance and in writing by e-mail hello@latifolia.eu to declare your will.
In case of cancellation of an order and return of products, all refundable amounts are refunded in the way they were paid. In case the payment is made with a bank card, the refund is made within 30 days by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made.
Products must be returned unused, unopened and in full in their original packaging. In case you want to return a set, it must include all its parts, each of which meets the described conditions for integrity.
Subject to the express and full fulfillment of the above conditions, the Company will refund the full amount of the returned products, except for the delivery costs incurred by you (if any), as well as the costs for return and replacement of the products - all courier return and / or resend fees are paid by you. All amounts will be refunded in the way they were paid - by direct bank payment, by money transfer by courier company ECONT or SPEEDY or by reverse operation on the bank card with which the payment was made.
Returned products must be sent through the courier company ECONT or SPEEDY to the Company within seven (7) days from the date on which you sent your written will to return and under the above conditions. The company does not accept shipments sent by cash on delivery!
Once the Company has received the returned products and verified that they meet all the requirements, you will receive an electronic message that the returned products have been accepted.
In case the returned products do not meet the return conditions you will be notified. In this case, you can choose the products to be delivered back to you at your expense. If you refuse, the Company reserves the right to keep the returned products, as well as the amount paid for them.
Please note that all duties, taxes and fees (if any) you paid for the delivery of the purchased products are not refundable.
VII. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA
The Company seeks to technically and organizationally improve the Website by implementing measures to ensure the security of its services in order to prevent unauthorized use or access to data, as well as to prevent risks of dissemination, destruction and loss of data and confidential information. with respect to users of the Website, and to avoid unauthorized or illegal access to such data and information.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LATIFOLIA Ltd. is the exclusive owner of the logos, the registered trademark "LATIFOLIA" and any other feature that includes the word "LATIFOLIA" and the domain name "latifolia.eu". LATIFOLIA Ltd. is not permitted to use these trademarks for other products or services.
The content of the Website, including, but not limited to, photos, illustrations, videos, documents, figures, logos and any other materials published in any format, including menus, parts of web pages, graphics, colors, diagrams, tools, fonts, design of The Website, Diagrams are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights belonging to the Company and the respective rights holders. Partial or full reproduction, in whatever form, of the Website or its content is not permitted without the written consent of the Company.
The Company has the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit any reproduction (whether direct or indirect, temporary or permanent, or for any other reason or in any form, in whole or in part) of the Website and its content.
