DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

  • Price

The delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method, as follows:
– to a specified SPEEDY courier company office – BGN 4.50 – the price may vary, upon changes in the terms of SPEEDY courier company
– to your chosen ECONT courier company office – BGN 7.50 – the price may vary, upon changes in the terms of ECONT courier company
For orders with a value of BGN 75 or more, delivery is free of charge for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

  • Term

Orders placed and accepted by 1:00 PM on a working day are fulfilled on the same day and delivered on the next working day.
(e.g., if you place an order on Monday (working day) by 1:00 PM, the order will be with you on Tuesday)
Orders placed and accepted after 1:00 PM on a working day are fulfilled on the next working day.
On working days, usual delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Orders placed on a non-working day are accepted and fulfilled on the first working day following the non-working day.
By express request, Saturday delivery is possible, which will be executed by a courier between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

In case you are not found at the specified address within the specified deadlines at the time of delivery, or you do not go to the chosen office of ECONT or SPEEDY courier company to receive your shipment within the deadline, the Company is released from its obligation to fulfill the delivery of the requested order.


ORDER CANCELLATION. RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

 

   In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can exercise your right to return purchased products, without any penalties and without having to state a specific reason for doing so. Within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the product, you have the right to express your will to return it, by first contacting the Company and stating your will in writing at the email address hello@latifolia.org.

In case of order cancellation and return of products, all refundable amounts are reimbursed in the manner in which they were paid. If payment was made by bank card, the refund will be processed within 30 days by initiating a reverse transaction to the card used for the payment.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and complete in their original packaging. If you wish to return a set, it must include all its parts, with each part meeting the described conditions for integrity.

Upon explicit and full compliance with the above conditions, the Company will refund the full amount of the returned products, with the exception of any delivery costs incurred by you (if any), as well as the costs of returning and exchanging the products – all courier fees for return and/or re-shipping are paid by you. All amounts will be refunded in the manner in which they were paid – via direct bank payment, via postal money order through ECONT or SPEEDY courier company, or via a reverse transaction to the bank card with which the payment was made.

Returned products must be sent via ECONT or SPEEDY courier company to the Company within seven (7) days from the date you sent your written request for return and under the conditions stated above. The Company does not accept shipments sent with cash on delivery!

Once the Company receives the returned products and verifies that they meet all requirements, you will receive an email notification that the returned products have been accepted.

If the returned products do not meet the return conditions, you will be notified. In this case, you can choose to have the products delivered back to you at your expense. If you refuse, the Company reserves the right to retain the returned products, as well as the amount paid for them.

Please note that any duties, taxes, and fees (if any) you paid for the delivery of the purchased products are non-refundable.
