I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of latifoliacosmetics.com ("Website"). By visiting, using, and making a purchase through the Website, you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and accept them. If you do not agree with all or part of our general terms of use, please do not use our Website.

This Website, as well as all information contained within it, is owned, managed, and maintained by LATIFOLIA LTD ("Company"), with its registered office in Bulgaria, Dobrich, "Gen. Access to and use of the Website, including displaying pages, communication with latifoliacosmetics.com and related Website and social media resources, as well as purchases made, are carried out by users solely for personal purposes, which should in no way be linked to any commercial, business, or professional activity.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any use of the Website and its content by any of its users that is not in compliance with the laws and legal regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event of malicious action on your part, you may be held liable for providing false, untrue, or misleading information, or data affecting third parties, as well as for any unauthorized use of such information or data.

These general terms and conditions may be partially or entirely amended and updated by the Company, and they shall come into force from the date of their publication on the Website, without explicit notification to users by the Company. The update date is indicated at the end of this page.

 

II. ORDERING PRODUCTS

 

Products offered by the Company are sold directly by it and can be ordered in the following ways:

Ordering products via the e-shop on the Website

It is necessary to select one or more products from the online catalog and add them to the shopping cart using the "Buy" button.
Following the order steps, in the last step you must fill in your personal data and delivery details.
Fill in your address for "delivery to address with Econt or Speedy" delivery method or the name of the Econt or Speedy office for "delivery to Econt or Speedy office" delivery method.
The order is considered submitted when the Company receives your electronic request along with your data and the order information is confirmed.
The Company reserves the right not to process orders when they are incomplete or inaccurate, or the products are no longer available (in stock). In these cases, the Company will inform you by email that the execution of the requested order is not possible, stating its reasons. The Company will inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within ten (7) days from the day your request was received.
By submitting the order request, you incur an obligation to pay the amount specified therein. The order request will be stored in our database for the time necessary for its processing and fulfillment, as well as for the time provided by law.
By submitting the order request, you agree and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not send your request to purchase products from the Website.
After submitting an order request, you will receive a confirmation of its successful acceptance to your email.

Discount codes

Discount codes are personalized codes that allow you to take advantage of discounts on purchases made through the e-shop on the Website. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent under any circumstances.

 

III. PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND PRICES

 

The Company offers for sale luxurious and high-quality products. Their main characteristics are shown and described on each individual product page.

Product prices are subject to change. You must check the final selling price before placing your order with the Company, regardless of the chosen ordering method.

 

IV. PAYMENTS

Payment for the requested products and their delivery and transport costs is made by the selected and specified method when placing the order: direct bank payment, cash on delivery by postal money order or by debit/credit card via a virtual POS terminal of Borika.

When paying by debit/credit card, all card data is sent via a secure communication channel directly to the payment operator responsible for verifying the payment, and the Company does not receive it in explicit form, does not store it in the store's system, nor do third parties have access to it.

 

V. DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS


Delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method, as follows:
– to a Speedy courier company office specified by you – 4.50 BGN - the price may vary if Speedy courier company's terms change.
– to an Econt courier company office chosen by you – 5.00 BGN - the price may vary if Econt courier company's terms change.
For orders with a value of 30.00 BGN or more, delivery is free within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

  • Deadline

Orders placed and accepted by 13:00 on a business day are fulfilled on the same day and delivered on the next business day.
(e.g., if you place an order on Monday (business day) by 13:00, the order will be with you on Tuesday)
Orders placed and accepted after 13:00 on a business day are fulfilled on the next business day.
On business days, usual delivery times are between 9:00 and 17:30.

Orders placed on a non-business day are accepted and fulfilled on the first business day following the non-business day.
Upon your explicit request, Saturday delivery is possible and will be carried out by a courier between 9:00 and 13:00.

In the event that you are not found at the specified address within the specified deadlines at the time of delivery or you do not go to the selected Econt or Speedy courier company office to receive your shipment on time, the Company is released from its obligation to fulfill the delivery of the requested order.

 

VI. ORDER CANCELLATION. RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may exercise your right to return purchased products, without any penalties and without having to state a specific reason for doing so. Within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the product, you have the right to declare your intention to return it, by first contacting the Company and stating your intention in writing to the email address hello@latifolia.org.

In case of order cancellation and return of products, all refundable amounts are reimbursed in the same way they were paid. If the payment was made by bank card, the refund is made within 30 days by initiating a reverse transaction to the card with which the payment was made.

Products must be returned unused, unopened and in full volume in their original packaging. If you wish to return a set, it must include all its parts, with each part meeting the described conditions of integrity.

Upon explicit and full fulfillment of the above conditions, the Company will refund the full amount of the returned products, with the exception of your delivery costs (if any), as well as the costs of returning and exchanging the products – all courier fees for return and/or re-shipping are paid by you. All amounts will be refunded in the same way they were paid – by direct bank transfer, by postal money order through Econt or Speedy courier company, or by a reverse transaction to the bank card with which the payment was made.

Returned products must be sent via Econt or Speedy courier company to the Company within seven (7) days from the date you sent your written intention to return, and under the conditions stated above. The Company does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery!

Once the Company receives the returned products and verifies that they meet all requirements, you will receive an electronic message confirming that the returned products have been accepted.

If the returned products do not meet the return conditions, you will be notified. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered back to you at your expense. If you refuse, the Company reserves the right to retain the returned products and the amount paid for them.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, and fees (if any) you paid for the delivery of the purchased products are non-refundable.

 

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

 

The Company strives to improve the Website technically and organizationally, implementing measures to ensure the security of its services, with the aim of preventing unauthorized use or access to data, as well as preventing risks of dissemination, destruction, and loss of data and confidential information regarding Website users, and to avoid unauthorized or unlawful access to such data and information.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

LATIFOLIA LTD is the exclusive owner of the logos, the registered trademark "LATIFOLIA", and any other mark that includes the word "LATIFOLIA" and the domain name "latifoliacosmetics.com". The Company has the right to exclusive use of its own trademarks. Without the consent of LATIFOLIA LTD, it is not permitted to use these trademarks for other products or services.

The content of the Website, including, but not limited to, photos, illustrations, videos, documents, figures, logos and any other materials published in any format, including menus, parts of web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, Website design, diagrams are protected by copyright and by any other intellectual property rights belonging to the Company and to the respective rights holders. Partial or complete reproduction, regardless of the form, of the Website or its content is not permitted without the written consent of the Company.

The Company has the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit any reproduction (whether direct or indirect, temporary or permanent, or for any other reason or in any form, in whole or in part) of the Website and its content. The use of such copies is permitted solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Company and the authors of the works published on the Website.
